INTRO TO LACROSSE & EXPERIENCED PLAYER TRAINING
In 2006 we hosted our first Summer Lacrosse Camp to bring the game to aspiring lacrosse players in Macomb County. In the past 13-years we have introduced many players to the game who have gone on to do great things at both the high school and collegiate levels.
Offered in the Summer, Fall and Winter seasons for Boys & Girls, our Introduction to Lacrosse sessions bring players a multi-session series of 1-hour instruction modules for 2nd thru rising 12th grade players. All players will receive age-appropriate instruction when mixed sessions are held. Coaches including player alumni with experience in both the Boys & Girls game will be on staff for the benefit of our players and their parents. LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 instruction are recommended prior to joining a team for competitive play.
Our LEVEL 1 Intro sessions are designed so NO EQUIPMENT PURCHASE IS NEEDED TO BEGIN! Sticks will be available for free rental however we strongly encourage players to purchase a stick after the first session in order to practice at home.

1-HOUR SESSIONS FOR BOYS & GIRLS TO LEARN THE GAME AND DEVELOP THEIR STICKWORK & FUNDAMENTALS FOR UPCOMING SPRING TEAM PLAY. THE CLINIC IS CO-HOSTED BY MOTOR CITY LACROSSE AND IS OPEN TO BOTH BOYS (GRADES 5-10) & GIRLS (GRADES 5-10).
NO LACROSSE EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY FOR THE INSTRUCTION HOWEVER A STICK PURCHASE IS ENCOURAGED AFTER THE FIRST SESSION TO ALLOW PRACTICE AT HOME.

2024 WINTER GIRLS TRAIN & PLAY
GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS WITH PRIOR PLAYING EXPERIENCE CAN REGISTER FOR A 90-MINUTE TRAIN & PLAY SESSION WITH A STICKWORK/SHOOTING SESSION FOLLOWED BY A 6v6 SCRIMMAGE.
